Mr. Suresh Gopi of India
is elected as
the First Vice President of the IFPA and Mr. Moosa Bakhshaei of I R Iran is elected as the Hon. Secretary General for the period 2009 to 2012

Second world youth pankration championship

Conducted by the Russian Federation of Pankration Athlima at Omsk city , Russia, from 10th to 16th November 2009 declared as the best organized championship of the decade. over 100 athletes and delegates from 21 nations participated team Ukraine declared as overall Youth Champions
